Baguio City 2014

Last February 22-24, 2014, I went back to Baguio along with my boy friend and his friends. It is my third time there. But what is unique on my third visit in this place is that the city is more crowded than the usual since it is Flower month. They call their festival as Panagbenga festival. Since it is a busy month in Baguio, expect more people strolling around the city and it was surely very hard for us to find a taxi cab to travel from one place to another. We also booked our bus ticket ahead of time (one week before the actual date of departure) otherwise, we would be one of those chance passengers on the terminal.

In our three day vacation, we stayed at Dela Cruz Transient House (Address: Hamada Road, Queen of Peace). You need to ride a taxi cab to reach the city. The place is very clean. It basically looks like an apartment. It has two storeys with three bedrooms and two bath rooms. As shown below, it has four units with the same amenities inside. The overnight stay is 6,000 for a maximum of fifteen people.

On our first day in Baguio, we visited almost the same places I visited last November 2013. Just like the Chinese Bell Church, Camp John Hay and Mines View Park. We also visited the Strawberry Farm and Tam-awan Village.

On our second day, we spent the morning on the streets since there are lots of flower parades. Here are some of what we have seen. I was personally fascinated with all of these.

On our third day, we had to go back to Manila since our flight is 7pm the same day. We left Baguio at aroung 11am.
